He is survived by: his children, W. Keith Phillips III (Angela Menezes Phillips) of Miami and Patricia Phillips Alden (Michael) of Flat Rock, NC.; his grandchildren, Andrea Phillips Tinder (David) of Davie, FL and Erica Phillips of Miami; his great grandchildren, Colin and Riley Tinder of Davie; and his wife Mary Lou. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
