She is survived by: her mother Carmela Lazzaro; her husband Anthony Bartlett (Tony); her siblings, Vince, Pat Lazzaro and Mary Ann Goza; her children, Tony Bartlett (Regina) of Hendersonville, TN, Mike Bartlett of Chattanooga, Mark Bartlett of Chattanooga and Lisa McVay of Chattanooga; her sister Connie Lazzaro of Naples, FL; her grandchildren, Amy Dillon (Chance), Chase McVay (Brittany), Christian McVay, Nikki Applegate, Noah Bartlett, Destiny Baker (Eric) and Crystal Bartlett; and her great grandchildren, Adelaide Dillon, Ellie Applegate, Grayson McVay, Olivia McVay and Rylee Baker. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
