He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Young and Pamela Young (Mascher); and his siblings, Rachel Wehlre, Leah Calvert and Zac Young.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service (605 Kirkwood Ave, Iowa City, IA 52240). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
