Kerwin, Jr. (JoAnn Kerwin) of Knoxville, TN; his stepchildren, Scott Knowles of Belmont, NC and Becca Knowles Caldwell (James Caldwell) of York, SC; his grandchildren, Kyle Halstead of Mobile, AL, Kristen Halstead O'Brien (Tyler O'Brien) of Harriman, TN, Connor Kerwin and Ethan Kerwin of Knoxville, TN; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher Haycook of Cape Coral, FL, Jonathan Haycook of Helen, GA, Thomas Caldwell of York, SC and Kaitlin Caldwell of Columbia, SC; his great grandchild Wyatt O'Brien of Harriman, TN; his nephew Jimmy Murphy of Boca Raton, FL; his niece Cindy Pearson Walsh of Effort, PA.; and his former wife Virginia Kerwin of Knoxville, TN..
