He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Carlyn; his former wife K. Dunford (Martin); his son Daniel; his parents, Carleton E. Dunford and Elizabeth "Betty" Dunford (Poulterer) of Miami, FL.; his children, Rev. Philip A. "Skip" Dunford of Elizabethtown, KY, Timothy C. Dunford of Mandeville, LA and Kathryn E. "Kate" Dunford of Raleigh, NC.; his daughters-in-law, Lucy, Linda and Robin; and his wife Ginnie. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 9 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Phil served as the Interim Director of the Robert and Janice McNair Educational Foundation.
