Roy Sterling Elam Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2025, at the age of 94, Roy Sterling Elam in Miami, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Roy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taylor and Dell Clark Nickell Elam. He is survived by: his wife Katheryn Williams Elam; his children, Diana Elam of Brownsburg, IN, Steve Elam (Theresa) of West Liberty, KY, Tim Elam (Lee Ann) of Bellbrook, OH and Nick Elam (Christi) of Wilmington, OH; his niece Audra Williams of Winchester, KY; and his sister Helen Barnett of Lexington, KY.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren.
