She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Max Balbot and Celia Seiner Balbot; her husband Leroy B. Raffel; and her children, Ken Raffel of Portland, ME, Janet Raffel of Portland, ME, Jim Raffel of Scarborough, ME and Nancy Raffel Osherow of Boca Raton, FL. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.
