It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Westcott Abell of Miami, Florida, born in Dover, England, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Susan August Abell; his daughters, Jennifer Mills (Jim) of San Francisco and Claire Bindeman (William) of Mill Valley; his grandchildren, Clay, Bridget, Kate and Ryan; and his sister Susi Jones (Peter) of Devon, England..
Always dressed sharply from head to toe in shoes, pants, a button down and a belt, he was an Englishman through and through and believed in keeping his mind active with daily games and time for jigsaw puzzles, long before they were the Covid rage.
