He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela (Tom), Vickie (Jim), Cari (Jeff), Lawrence (Dolly) and Robert (Connie); and his sons, Billy (Connie), Dwayne (Tiffany), Scott (Sandy) and Chad (Mary). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
