She is survived by: her husband Gordon Lloyd Richter; her children, Debra D. Babiec (Daniel) of Alexandria, VA, Cheryl D. Simpson (Kenneth) of Mechanicsville, VA, William N. Duffy (Elaine) of Richmond, VA, Teresa D. Ashworth of Dillwyn, VA and John D. Duffy (Christine) of Herndon, VA.; her stepsons, Randolph Richter (Anne) of Michigan, Darrell and Rodney Richter of Palm Bay, FL; her siblings, Mary Richards of Southern, MD, Joseph Norris of Southern, MD and Patricia Pickeral of Buckeye, AZ; and her sister-in-law Noralyn Arnold. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
