He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Long (Gerou); and his parents, Fred Long and Velma Long. He is survived by: his sisters, Darlene (Dwayne) of New Hampshire and Beverly of Ohio; his children, Brian Long (Debra Casey) of Micco and Lisa Patterson; and his grandchildren, Carlyann West (Kirk) and Matthew Long (Rachel).
