She is survived by: her daughters, Katina Ann Glaze Phillips (James) and Georgette Diane Glaze (Jamie Nell Beck); her stepdaughters, Judith Kathleen Glaze Olsen and Jacqueline Marie Glaze Levan; her grandchildren, Jacob Elexander Phillips (Kaley), Elizabeth Phillips (Brandon Tetstone), Gibson Beck-Glaze and Reece Beck-Glaze; her niece Amanda Monkoski; her great grandchildren, James Ethan Phillips and Owen Peter Phillips; her siblings, Andrew "Boots" Smith and Patricia McMillan; Happenstance McNair.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 9:30 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Holly Hill's Eternal Gardens. A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM.
