With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diana Lorraine Balanow of Middleburg, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas L. Spurlin Sr. and Mary W. Spurlin; her husbands, George Habiger and Mark Balanow; and her siblings, Bud Spurlin, Joe Spurlin, Bob Spurlin and Sue Beasley.
She is survived by: her children, Emily Hampton (Justin), Dallas Balanow, George Balanow (Tala), Katie Tomlinson, Mary Habiger and Robbin Habiger; and her siblings, Nancy Rey and Bill Spurlin. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 5 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to: St. William Catholic Church, Keystone Heights, FL.
