He is survived by: his wife Donna Simmons; his children, Cindy Oakley (Bobby) and Gerald Simmons, Jr. (Taylor); his siblings, Donnie Simmons, Randy Simmons, Mary Jane Smith, Marie Brandon, Sheila McCumbers and Evie Black; and his grandchildren, Kalee Brenner, Carter Oakley, Regan Oakley, Clayton Simmons, Cameron Simmons, Landon Simmons and Cayson Simmons.
