He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Phillips and Gertrude Phillips; and his brother Richard Biddle. He is survived by: his wife Kim M Horning; his daughters, Holly Sexton (Paul), Michele Reaves (Troy) and Nicole Schenk (Keith); his siblings, Jerry Biddle (Lani) and Jeannie Rogers; and his grandchildren, Janessa, Brianna Sexton, Hunter, Riley Reaves, Kaley Dotson, Jonathan and Andrew Schenk.
