He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Holstine; his children, Dakota "DJ" Holstine and Jordan Holstine (Julian); his parents, David Holstine and Loretta Holstine; his brother Robert Holstine (Teresa); his grandchildren, Lucas and Scarlett; his parents-in-law, Bill and Rhonda Wimmer; his sister-in-law Rebekah Blackwood (Wesley); and his nephews, Justice, Tyson, Wesley, Travis and Kaleb.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043).
