He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Fountain (Sheffield); his children, Alicia Fountain Faulk (William) of Bunnell, FL and James Michael Lee Fountain (Richelle) of Middleburg, FL; his grandchildren, Johnathon (Ali), Ashley, Cameron, Billy, Brooke, Kylie, Gracey, Brody, Reagan and Layla; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Emmalynn and Ronin. He is also survived by "Papa" or "Pa" to his grandchildren.
