She is survived by: her father Van Coleman Seagraves; her husband Wayne Joseph Potuznik; her son Michael Jeffery Joshua Lehman; her cousins, Tommy Seagraves, Ted Tomter, Jr., Marie LaSor and Kenny Oliver; and her friends, Gail Lehman, Kelly Hamilton, Guy Rainville, Jason Green, Kaylee Marie, Michkaela Jones and James Beemer.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home and Cremation Services (529 Kingsley Ave, Orange Park, FL 32073).
