He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard Clifford, Ruth Irene Powney, Raymond Charles and Mary Ann Tate. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Vickers and Ronald Tate; his siblings, Mark Tate (Amy), Pamela Foster, Dustin Chenowitch and Amanda Tate; his son Travis Tate (Harley); his uncle Chuck Tate; and his grandchildren, Anthony Ryan and Delilah May.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
