With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Smith DeLoach of Middleburg, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Patricia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Patricia's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Vivian Dantzler Smith Fields and J. Floyd Smith; and her siblings, Vivian "Polly" Smith and Cecil "Bubba" Smith. She is survived by: her husband Carl DeLoach; her children, Ricky DeLoach (Lori) and Katie Rios (Alvaro); and her sister Sherry Wright (Leo). She is also survived by grandmother to her many grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
