He is survived by: his wife Shelly Boleky; his children, Tyler Boleky (Savannah Borum), Scott Boleky, Hannah Boleky and Preston Boleky; his grandson Oliver Borum; his brother Steven Boleky II (Amanda Coffee); Steven Boleky (Linda). He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, and many more family members.
