He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melva Walker (Green) and Morris Walker; his wife Lunita Walker; his sisters, Terry Stevens and Dee-ann (Walker); his children, Jessica Walker (Justin), Janneth Rizano and Jeffrey Rizano; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Rizano, DJ Catanyag, Justin Catanyag, Jaycilyn Rizano-Swingle, Johnlee Catanyag, Jayden Rizano, Shawn Rizano, Elana Rizano, Justin Sullivan Jr., James Walker, Emma Rizano, Skye Sullivan, Robby Manucy, Declan Manucay and Harper Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Kol Swingle and Amelia Rizano.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, November 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
