He is survived by: his wife Michelle Shults; his children, Brittany Richards (Josh) and Ryan Shults; his grandsons, Mason Richards and Hunter Richards; and his siblings, Ralph Shults (Carrie), Jason Barnes (Jessica), Paula Vail (Larry) and Shannon Shoemaker (Rich). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
