He is survived by: his children, Isaac O. Smith Jr., Betty Smith, Alfreather Smith, Elbert Lee Smith (Mary Carr-Smith) and Cheryl Thomas Johnson Murray; his grandchildren, Aquila Enzor (Dexture) of Tallahassee, Florida, Zadrian Smith of London, Kyanna Austin of Tallahassee, Florida, Ta'Mia Jeffrey (Simon) of Collierville, Tennessee, Casabendita Martin of St. Louis, Missouri, Darrious Martin of Bonita Springs, Florida, Cailyn Martin of Tallahassee, Florida, John Makario Johnson Sr. of Tallahassee, Florida, Yahamoni Nayon Johnson of Jacksonville, Florida, Marquita Thompson (John) of Colombia and Terrell Smith (Jennifer Harnish-Smith) of Newport News, Virginia.; his sister Katie Penny; and his sister-in-law Linda Smith. He is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren: three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bradwell Mortuary (18300 Blue Star Hwy, Quincy, FL 32351). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John P. B. Church (825 Bill Mcgill Rd, Midway, FL 32343).
