He is survived by: his wife Helen Elaine Grubbs; his sisters, Cindy Cerullo and Wendy Tallon; his daughters, Chasity Jernigan (Karl), Trista Pitts (Charlie), Brittney Grubbs and Megan Grubbs; and his grandchildren, Breanna Weber, Berkleigh Jernigan, Tate Jernigan, Scarlett Pitts and Emori Pitts.
