He was predeceased by: his parents, Aggie Vinson and Priscilla Welch Vinson; his siblings, Billy Vinson, Helen Peterson, Robert James Vinson, Charles Vinson, Leland Vinson, Barbara Jean Winthrop and Deloris Colson; and his son Marcell Vinson.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryll Anne Vinson of Milton, Florida; his sister Shirley Lloyd of Gainesville, Florida; his daughters, Tonda Satoria Beaty (Ritchie) of Stockbridge, Georgia, Eutoria Consuetta Smith (Victor, Sr) of Smyrna and LaDawna Vinson of Milton, Florida; and his grandchildren, Zyer Naim Beaty, Mi'Ana LaSarah Vinson, De'Ontay Marcell Vinson, Izaiah Patrick Gonzalez, Rowan Dawn Gonzalez and Victor Allen Smith, Jr.. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
