She was predeceased by: her mother Amelia Cowles (Twardowski); her brothers, Kenneth Cowles and Robert Cowles; her father William Kenneth Cowles; her brother Benny Cowles; her brother-in-law Jack Paramore; and her brother Paul Cowles.
She is survived by: her husband William Chase (Bill); her children, Tammy Cox (Wagner) and Randy Wagner; her stepson Evan Chase; and her siblings, Loraine Paramore (Lori) and Richard Cowles (Dick). She is also survived by grandsons, granddaughters, great granddaughters, many nieces and nephews.
