"Gene" Cook (Shawn); his grandchildren, Jennifer Cook Cumbie and Matthew Cook (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Wyatt Cumbie and Ansley Cook; his siblings-in-law, Nora Cook, Betty Jenkins (John), Marie Bushong, Marilyn Jacques (Lou) and Bruce Flint (Jean); his nephews, Jim Berrian, Donald Jenkins and Devann Cook; his grandsons, Ryan Cook and Easton Cook; and his great grandchild Tripp Cumbie. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, coworkers and friends.
