He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Franklin and Myrtis Garvin Willis. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Willis; his children, Robyn Baker (Bill), Kristi Ford (Ken), Amy Snow (Matt) and Chuck Willis (Angie); his grandchildren, Ashley Jernigan (Ryne), Lindsey Brigham, Andrew Snow (Sarah), Taylor Ford, Tim Snow, Briana Willis and Kayla Willis; his great grandchildren, Tynlee Jernigan, Oaklee Jernigan, Nora Brigham and Owen Brigham; his sister-in-law Angie Dumsha (Dennis); his nephews, Joshua Cook and Scott Dickison (Audrey); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Billy, Sid and Mac; his niece Michelle Gordon (Shawn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Fischer, Denver and Pierce.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Milton (6797 Caroline St, Milton, FL 32570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
