She is survived by: her husband David; her daughters, Jessica Smith and Jacquelyn Johnston (Brian); her granddaughters, Brianna Smith and Meredith Johnston; her stepgrandsons, Andrew Johnston (Kayli), Tyler Johnston and Hunter Johnston; her siblings, David Guthrie (Sandra), Ken Guthrie and Cathi Guthrie (Kelly); and her brother-in-law Terry Smith. She is also survived by one step great granddaughter; two step great grandsons; and numerous nieces and nephews.
