He is survived by: his wife Paula Ernest (Yohn); his children, Richard Ernest (Sasha) of Asheville and Sonia Presley (Zane) of Milton, Florida; his stepdaughters, Nancy Patterson of Harker Heights and Carol Talamo (John) of Greenville; his sister Candy Morgan (Ken Autry) of Grove Hill, Alabama.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Patterson (Rose) of Harker Heights, Texas, Ana Van Gemerden (Ean) of Greenville, Ashlee Bennett (Allen) of Anna, Texas, Jack Talamo of Greenville, Megan Lawson (Joey) of Xenia, Ohio, Jordan Presley (Kristin) of Milton, Florida, Jayden Presley of Flomaton, Alabama, Kendall Brewton of Milton, Florida, Isaac and Lucy Bishop-Ernest of Asheville.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Magnolia Hall in Milton, Florida (5256-A Alabama St, Milton, FL 32570).
