He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Gee; his brothers, Robert "Baxter" Sutherland and Sidney Brown; his nephew Jeffrey Downs; and his parents, Virgil Gee and Beatrice Gee.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Paul Melder of Pace, FL; his grandchildren, Garrett, Jace and Alyssa Marie; and his siblings, James Gee of Marble Falls, TX, Michael Gee of Blanchard, OK and Janice Jasik of Seguin, TX. He is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews; and many cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
