She was predeceased by: her children, Ricky and Pam. She is survived by: her children, Teresa and Len; and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Zackery, Staci and Brittany. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel (6405 US-90, Milton, FL 32570). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
