With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Dibble Toomey of Milton, Florida, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on April 9, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Dibble and Mildred Dibble; her husband Bud; her daughter Jean Toomey; her grandson Joshua Toomey; and her brother Jack.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Land (Robert), Doug Toomey (Alice) and Joe Toomey (Tonya); her grandchildren, Brandy Ward (Dean), Kerry Land, Katelyn Roig (Chris), Rorie Schmidt (Kalun), Joseph Toomey (Setsuko), Jared Toomey and Caleb Toomey (Cassie); and her brother-in-law Joe Rossano. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to Project Reach or the Food Pantry at First Baptist Church of Milton.
