She was predeceased by: her husband Rex; her parents, James Russell Cassady and Marie Cassady; her brothers, Ray and Don Cassady; and her grandson Andy McDonald.

She is survived by: her children, Charlie McDonald (Denise), Marsha Weekley (Larry) and Scott McDonald (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Zachary Weekley (Kristi), Marena Weekley, Betsy McDonald and Gracey McDonald.
