He is survived by: his wife Annelle B. Smith; his children, Tyke Smith (Kellie), Fran Moye (David Huddleston) and Fent Smith (Gaye); his grandchildren, Laren Smith (Katie), Meghan Smith, James Moye, Daniel Moye (Elle), Jonathan Moye, Stephen Moye, Christian Smith and Bethany Smith; his siblings, Eunice Golden, Max Ray Smith and Jimmy Smith; and his caregivers, Susan McBrayer, Teresa Vanhorn and Gena. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
