She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Joubert and Annie Elizabeth Hoxie; her former husband Bud; her siblings, Donald and Beverly; and her daughter Pam.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Meissner; her children, Linda Clubbs (Roger) and Scott Meissner (Connie); and her grandchildren, Jessica Ewert (John), Heather Chandler (Tony), David Clubbs (Rebekah) and Christopher Meissner. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel (6405 US-90, Milton, FL 32570). A procession will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Olive Baptist Church- Warrington Campus (103 W Winthrop Ave, Pensacola, FL 32507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barrancas National Cemetery (1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508).
