He was predeceased by: his parents, George Swaney and Madge Swaney; his brother Robert Dean Swaney; and his wife Doris L. Swaney (Wolfe). He is survived by: his children, Mark and Mary; his grandchildren, Zack Swaney and Pearl Swaney; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Swaney and Lincoln Swaney.

Flowers are always welcome, and donations may be made in Harold's name to Christ United Methodist Church on Dogwood Street, Milton.
