He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys and William; and his wife Lynda. He is survived by: his siblings, Angie (Taylor), Davis, Drena, Virgie and Phillip; his children, Ricky (Mechelle), Rose (Matt), Michael (Teresa) and Ryan; and his grandchildren, David Allen, Erica, Jessica, Amber, Brittany, Audrie, Kayla, Jacquelyn, Laura, Kevin and Rylan. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
