He is survived by: his wife Edna R. Baldwin; his sister Margie Ruth Baldwin Williams; and his children, Debbie Wood (Joey), Rhonda Gordon (Eddie), Penny Eargle (Scott), Pamela "Nikki" Lyke (Gary), Nancy Moore, Samuel Moore (Angela) and John W. Moore IV (Lorena). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the National Cremation & Burial (5641 US-90, Milton, FL 32583). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
