He is survived by: his family, Jim Jr. and Chris; his wife Kay; his children, Deborah Manning (Joe), Jim Jr. Powell (Holly) and Chris Powell (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Morgan Corbean (Philip), April Williams (Dan), Austin Powell (Amber), Alan Manning (Meredith), Christopher Powell (Vikki), Stephen Powell (Rebekah) and Justin Powell (Meghan). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
