He is survived by: his wife Brenda Elam (Fowler) of Milton, FL; his daughter Chandin Whitten (Adam) of Navarre, FL; his mother Dee Garrett (Bill) of Goshen, OH; his brothers, Ronnie Elam (Lou) of Goshen, OH and Steve Elam of Goshen, OH; and his siblings' children, Stephani Lykins (Gary) of Blanchester, OH and Branden Elam (Tiffany) of Blanchester, OH.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel (6405 US-90, Milton, FL 32570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
