He is survived by: his wife Candy Smith; his father William Thomas Smith (Brenda); his brother Glennis Dale Smith (Julie); his stepsisters, Kristen Wilson (Jon) and Kelli North (Eric); his children, Ryan Smith and Ally Blume (Erik); and his stepchildren, Morgan Ossenfort (Matthew), Chance Carter (Darian), Kallie and Hailey Law. He is also survived by grandchildren.
