He was predeceased by : his parents, Dorothy Marie (Franks) and Joseph Anthony Gartner; his brother Terrance Gartner; his daughter-in-law Cathy Gartner; and his sister-in-law Lou Gartner.
He is survived by : his wife Jerri Lynn Gartner; his sons, David Gartner (Tracey), Mark Gartner (Heather) and James Gartner (Cathy); his brothers, Bill Gartner and Gerald Gartner (Bonnie); and his sister-in-law Alice Gartner. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
