He is survived by: his wife Doris Justice; his children, Randy Maynard (Marsha) and Joan Blackburn (Neil); his grandchildren, Brandi Maynard, Cain Maynard (Jessie) and Kayla (Blackburn); his sisters, Anna Gay Damron, Ernestine Johnson and Miriam Smith; and also Elijah Harp.
