He is survived by : his wife Linda Ruffner; his siblings, Julie Wilson and Jim Ruffner; his stepdaughters, Tracey Lewis and Paige Larkin; his grandchildren, Ryan Tibbs, Morgan Tibbs, Taryn Tibbs, Carlyn Tibbs, Malcolm Larkin and Meg Larkin; his mother-in-law Dee Barron; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Lay and Frank Lay.
