He is survived by : his wife Isabel Moronta of Navarre, FL; his children, Jose Moronta (Miranda) of Pensacola, FL and Diana Agapay (Richard) of Plantation, FL; and his grandchildren, Jasmine McCrary (Benjamin) and Manny Moronta.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Navarre Chapel (7794 Navarre Pkwy, Navarre, FL 32566). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
