She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Orval and Edith Self; and her brother Orin. She is survived by: her husband Ed Stevens; her daughter Carey Hightower (Bryce Hightower); her granddaughter Katie Hightower; her son Kevin Stevens (Laura Stevens); her grandsons, Leo Thomson and Justyn Stevens; and her nieces, Brenda (Joe) and Kim. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; plus extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that Memorials be made to St. Jude's, Wounded Warriors, or the American Heart Association in Kay's honor.
