He is survived by: his wife Bertie Barnes Hollinhead; his children, Kenny Ray Hollinhead and Lanita Kay Hollinhead of Rhode Island; his parents, Melvin Eugene Hollinhead and Opal Pyne; his siblings, Carolyn F Kea, Gene Hollinhead, Skip Voss, Mark Bailey and Theresa Brown; Kimberly Calloway Hollinhead of Greensboro.
