He is survived by: his brother Roger; his wife Gale Smith; his sons, Eric, Ricky and Shane; his stepsons, Burt, Troy, Dean, Kevin and Butch; his daughter Chelsea; his pet Chloe; and his sister-in-law Nancy (Richard Hulse). He is also survived by two brothers; three sisters; nineteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; special brother.
